roasted crunchy baby ribs

Materials:

baby rib 2.5 pounds:
Soy sauce (buy at SAM's club):
Yoshida's Marinade sauce (at sam's club):
Chili Powder

Salt

Marinate:

put half cup Yoshida's Marinade sauce into baby ribs. Mix well. Let sit at least 2 hrs (or overnight). It is better to stir it during this time for better marinade result.

Roast

Add 2 table spoon soy sauce, 2 table spoon chili powder, 1 table spoon vinegar, 2 table spoon cooking wine to baby ribs. Mix well. cover it by foil.

set oven to 375F. Roast for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

I like the baby ribs a little bit crunchy. If you preferred softer ribs, roast it longer ( 1 hour and 30 minutes). Everybody loves it.
